Not satisfied with your recent MINKPINK World purchase? We’ve made returns easier than ever.

GENERAL:

We are happy to accept returns on full price items that are in original condition within 14 days of you receiving your order. Any items returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

Full price items in their original condition, can be returned for store credit, refund. You are entitled to a refund even if you have used a discount code on full priced items.

Sale items can be returned for a credit note only.

If you purchased your full price item with a credit note or gift card, a new credit note or gift card with the purchase price of your item will be issued.

Original condition means the condition you received the item in. Returned items must not be worn, used, washed or altered in any way. They must have tags attached and be folded in the garment bag they came in. Footwear and eye wear must be returned in its original box or case. Swimwear and lingerie must not have the hygiene sticker removed.

All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the price paid for your item via your original payment method.

If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or swimwear and intimates with the hygiene sticker removed, unless your item arrives damaged or is deemed faulty.

Any returned items are the buyers responsibility until we receive them. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage.

All return postage costs are at your expense, unless the item arrives not as ordered, damaged or is deemed faulty.

Returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving them. You will be sent an email notification once your return has been processed. Refunds via PayPal clear almost immediately after they have been processed however refunds via credit card can take up to 5 working days depending on the financial institution.

FAULTY ITEMS:

All faulty items are eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note within a 3 month period from purchase.

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us at holler@minkpink.com quoting your order number and include a description and images of the fault.

Once we have confirmed the item as faulty please return the item to us. The coverage of return postage costs must be confirmed by us prior to the return of the items.

Upon receipt of your returned faulty item we will issue a refund or credit note to the value of the item.

We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES:

You are welcome to return FULL PRICED ITEM purchased with Afterpay within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are final sale and are eligible for return for credit note.
Make sure you continue to make your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to MINKPINK World as Afterpay charge late fees for overdue payment.
Upon receiving your return, MINKPINK World will cancel your payment plan and you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid to date directly from Afterpay. All remaining payments will be cancelled.
If you return your item before your first Afterpay payment is due the entire payment plan will be cancelled and you will have been charged nothing.
If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return one/some of them, MINKPINK World will remove these items from your payment plan upon receiving your return. Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be reduced or cancelled depending on the return amount.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Re-pack your full price item with labels and tags still attached in the garment bag and / or box it arrived in.
Complete the returns form on the back of the invoice that arrived with your order.
Pack your item and the returns form into an appropriate post package and send to:

Shipping delays: Due to COVID-19, there are flight disruptions and cancellations impacting all outbound items to overseas destinations including: USA, Europe, and Asia. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your parcel to be delivered for deliveries outside of Australia.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, which will include a unique tracking number for your order.

DELAYS AND ISSUES WITH DELIVERY

Please note that we are not responsible for Australia Post’s delivery schedule, nor are we responsible for any items that are delayed/lost in transit.

If there are delivery issues we will do what we can to help you get your order ASAP however MINKPINK World are not responsible for the delivery once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Should you experience delays or issues with your delivery, we recommend you get in touch with Australia Post on 13 76 78 and quote your unique tracking number.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

All orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address or not being claimed at the local or international destination will be refunded and the stock returned to our system. Customers may be charged the outstanding customs and freight fees.

Missed or returned deliveries cannot be re-dispatched; you must place a new order.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

If you refuse a shipment from MINKPINK World you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees or custom charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to MINKPINK World.

Upon receiving your refused delivery we will process a refund for your order, minus the aforementioned shipping charges.

DUTIES, GST, VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES

All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. Any customs or import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

MINKPINK World has no control over any charges of this nature and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

If you believe you reside in a country that may impose charges of this nature, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

HIGH RISK ORDERS

Occasionally our system will flag an order as high risk. This can occur when a high risk connection (web proxy) is used to make the purchase, or when the country of origin of the order differs to the country of delivery.

To reduce the risk of online credit card fraud MINKPINK World may request additional information and identification from you to assist in confirming the legitimacy of the order.
